Privacy & personal data

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who else can see it, and how long we keep it. Written to match Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Last updated 5 August 2026

1. Who controls your data

  • Jay-Like.com is operated by an individual service provider, not a registered company.
  • Contact for any privacy request: email Jaylike2018@gmail.com · LINE @JLike · phone 087-789-9398.

2. What we collect

  • Account: username, email address and password. Passwords are stored hashed — we never see them in readable form.
  • Orders: the public link you submit (a post, profile or channel URL), the service chosen, the quantity, and the order status.
  • Payments: top-up records and transaction history held in your account balance.
  • Support: messages you send through tickets, live chat or LINE.
  • Usage: server logs and IP address, kept for security and fraud prevention.
  • We never ask for the password of your social media account. Every service runs from a public link only.

3. Why we collect it

  • To deliver the service you ordered and to show you its status.
  • To verify your identity, process top-ups and keep your balance correct.
  • To keep the system secure and prevent fraudulent orders and chargebacks.
  • To comply with the law when we are legally required to.

4. Who else can see it

  • We do not sell your data, and we do not publish it. It is disclosed only with your consent, where the law allows or requires it, or as far as necessary for a payment provider to process your top-up.
  • PerfectPanel — the panel platform the site runs on. It stores your account, orders and balance.
  • Google Sign-In — only if you choose to sign in with Google. Google then tells us the email on that account.
  • Google Ads conversion tag — measures which ads lead to a sign-up or an order. It reads cookies in your browser; it does not receive your order links or your password.
  • Content delivery networks (perfectcdn, jsDelivr) — they serve images, fonts and scripts, and in doing so receive your IP address as any web request does.
  • Service providers that fulfil orders. To deliver an order we pass on the public link you submitted. We do not pass on your email, your password or your payment details.

5. How long we keep it

  • Order records and payment records: up to 3 years from the date of the transaction. They are kept that long so refill claims, disputes and accounting can be checked against them.
  • Account data is kept while your account is open. After you close it, or after the retention period above ends, data is deleted or anonymised so it can no longer identify you.
  • Where a law requires a longer period, we keep it only for as long as that law requires.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

  • Ask what we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct it, delete it, or suspend its use.
  • Object to processing, or withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.
  • Send any of these requests to the contacts in section 1. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out lawfully before then, and some requests cannot be met while a law still requires us to hold the record.

7. Cookies

  • Necessary cookies keep you signed in, manage your session and protect the account. The site cannot work without them.
  • Advertising cookies come from the Google Ads tag described in section 4 and are used to measure ad performance.
  • You can set your browser to refuse non-essential cookies. Some functions may then stop working.

8. Complaints

  • Contact us first — the details are in section 1.
  • If your request is not resolved, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.go.th.

9. Changes to this policy

  • We may update this page. The date at the top always shows when it last changed.
  • Terms covering orders, refills and refunds are on the Terms of Service page.
