General

• This is the latest service agreement terms as of January 1, 2023
• Service terms are subject to the sole discretion of Jay-Like.com and may be updated, modified, or revised at any time without prior notice. The latest modifications or amendments made by Jay-Like.com will replace all previous agreements and take effect on the date posted
• Using the service after the latest service terms amendment means accepting the amended service terms, and you agree to the latest changes in the service terms
• If you cannot accept these service terms, without accepting any or all terms, please do not register for membership

 

Service Provision

• Jay-Like.com aims to promote various online social media
• Services purchased on Jay-Like.com have work warranty periods or work compensation periods according to the details described in each job, which may or may not have work warranty periods. Please check before placing an order. Work warranty will be based on and can only be refilled according to the starting amount plus the order quantity
• The decision to refill or refund is at the sole discretion of Jay-Like.com. In case of refund, Jay-Like.com will refund money to the system under your username only
• We will not be responsible for your actions and their consequences, including account bans or image deletions. We will not refund or compensate in any case
• Jay-Like.com aims to make your life easier with an automated system. We do not support spamming others and violating laws. We will cancel jobs with adult content or illegal content
• Using the Jay-Like.com system is your sole responsibility and decision. Users must follow the online social networks you use and any applicable laws, and you must accept at your own risk
  
  

Revenue System Usage

• Using the revenue system means sharing your referral link or promoting your referral link to others or other channels. You will receive a commission from the top-up amount of people who register through your link at 5% of every top-up amount
• You can accumulate commission amounts to withdraw money in 2 cases: 1) Withdraw to balance (no fees) and 2) Withdraw cash (15% fee of withdrawal amount)
• We reserve the right to cancel your revenue system when we detect usage under the same network or by the same group of people who attempt to inflate the revenue system amounts without real promotion but through multiple account actions. All withdrawals will be suspended in all cases
  
  

Ordering and Using Services

• You will place orders with clear understanding of the work and accept what you are about to purchase, and will not file any fraud disputes
• When there is an attempt to commit fraud by filing disputes with us, Jay-Like.com reserves the right to cancel your account and permanently ban your IP Address
• No refund can be made if the system has completed work completely and the system will count the starting amount at the time you place the order
• Usage rights and balance in the system are your responsibility
• Ordering must not have overlapping orders on the same link or use overlapping services with any other place. The system will count the starting amount at that time plus the order quantity only. If ordered overlapping, the amount will not be complete
• When ordering, you must verify the accuracy of the account opening link. If not checked beforehand, refund transactions cannot be processed
• The Jay-Like.com system will be responsible for the number of jobs only in cases where that service specifies a warranty period (refill), and must be a number not less than the starting amount in that order number
• You must verify that the account is opened or access is enabled completely. If you order work but do not make the account public, or close posts, or close the account to prevent access in any way, the system will not be able to deliver the service and may result in loss of money without any benefit
• Claiming work or refilling work can only be claimed for jobs that specify a warranty period or have refill. When submitting a claim request, the system will take 12-48 hours to process the claim depending on the type of work selected

• You confirm that you are 13 years of age or older and accept the terms and conditions set forth in the service terms and will comply with those terms
  
  

Copyright

• Without written consent from Jay-Like.com representatives, copying or reproducing text, images, or programs used on the website is prohibited. Otherwise, we will prosecute to the fullest extent
  
  

Disclaimer

• You acknowledge that using Jay-Like.com is at your own risk. Jay-Like.com is not responsible for any damages or anything that may happen to you or your business
• Since Jay-Like.com provides non-cancellable services, you acknowledge that after purchasing that service, you cannot cancel or stop or delete any actions that have already occurred

Changes to Service Terms

• These service terms may change at any time. Announcements of service terms changes will be considered and take effect immediately on the date posted. We reserve the right to provide advance notice
