Do you need my password?
No — and we never will. To deliver an order we only need the public link to your post or profile, never your username and password. This is a core safety rule at Jay-Like: because we never hold your login details, we can never access, change or lock your account, and there is no login information that could be leaked. If any service ever asks for your password, treat it as a warning sign. Just keep your profile public during delivery and share the link — that is all we need.
How do I place my first order?
It takes just a few clicks. Sign in, make sure you have a balance, then open the Services page and pick the service you want, such as followers, likes or views. Copy the public link to the exact post or profile you want to grow and paste it into the link field, enter the quantity, and the system shows the total price before you confirm. Check the link one more time, then place the order. You can watch it start and progress from your Orders page, usually within minutes.
How do I add funds to my balance?
After you register, click "Add Funds" from the menu and choose your preferred method — bank transfer, credit or debit card, PromptPay or an e-wallet — then follow the on-screen steps. You can top up 24 hours a day, and most methods credit your wallet instantly so you can order right away. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend; you simply keep a prepaid balance and draw from it whenever you order. Your remaining balance never expires, so any amount you add stays available for future orders.
I paid but my balance hasn't updated — what should I do?
Don't worry — most payments appear instantly, but a manual bank transfer can take a few minutes up to around 30 minutes to be confirmed. First, refresh your dashboard and check the funds history. If the amount still hasn't appeared after half an hour, contact our support team with your payment slip or transaction reference and we will locate it and credit your account. We check top-ups around the clock, so even late-night transfers are sorted quickly.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on the service and quantity, but most orders begin within 1 to 60 minutes of confirmation. Small orders can finish in under an hour, while larger ones are delivered gradually over 24 to 48 hours. This steady pace is intentional: a natural drip is far safer and more convincing than an overnight flood. You can follow every order live on the Orders page, where you will see the start count, the amount delivered and how much is left.
What is the minimum order and how much does it cost?
Minimums vary by service, but many start from as little as 10 to 100 units, so you can test a service cheaply before committing to a bigger order. Prices are shown per 1,000 units and are among the most competitive in Thailand because we buy at wholesale and pass the saving on to you. Every service page lists its exact minimum, maximum and price, and the checkout calculates your total before you confirm, so there are never any hidden fees or surprises.
What is a refill and what if my numbers drop?
A refill is a free top-up for eligible services that carry a guarantee. If some of the followers or likes you ordered fall away within the guarantee period, you can request a refill straight from the order and we will restore the count back up to your starting amount plus the ordered quantity. Not every service includes a guarantee, so check the description before ordering. When you submit a refill request, the system typically processes it within 12 to 48 hours depending on the service.
Are the followers and likes real or bots?
Quality depends on the service tier you choose, and every service is clearly labelled so you know what you are getting. We offer high-quality options with real-looking, active profiles for followers and engagement, as well as cheaper high-speed options when you simply want to lift a number quickly. If your goal is long-term credibility, we recommend the higher-quality tiers and pairing followers with some likes, views and comments for a natural, balanced profile. Not sure which to pick? Can I get a refund?
Yes, within fair limits. If an order cannot be delivered — for example during system maintenance or if a service is updated — we cancel it and return the amount as credit to your Jay-Like balance. However, once an order has been completed we cannot refund it, and we count your start value at the moment you place the order, so always double-check the link first. Your remaining balance is your usage credit; it never expires and is used for future orders on the site.
How do I create a support request?
After logging in, click "Support" or "Tickets" from the menu on the left. On the page that opens, choose the topic that matches your question, fill in the required details — including your order number if it relates to an order — and click "Create Support Request".
